Protecting your pharmaceutical water system begins at the source — and we ensure it stays protected.
The design of a pharmaceutical water system is a highly critical process, driven by stringent product quality requirements, demanding environmental conditions, and often inconsistent or poor feed water quality. One of the most significant challenges is managing pathogenic source water. If microbial risks are not properly addressed during the design and commissioning stages, contamination can become a serious and persistent long-term issue.
Once pathogenic microorganisms enter the system—particularly organisms such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa—their elimination becomes extremely difficult and time-consuming, even with rigorous cleaning and sanitization procedures. In severe cases, biofilm formation within pipelines and critical components may compromise the entire system, leading to extensive downtime or even complete replacement.
For this reason, ensuring that feed water entering the Purified Water (PW) generation system is completely free from pathogens is of paramount importance.
To address this critical industry challenge, G M Water Solutions has developed an advanced Air-Based Ozone Disinfection System. Ozone, recognized for its powerful oxidizing and broad-spectrum antimicrobial properties, is highly effective when applied through a systematic and scientifically validated approach.
At G M Water Solutions, we combine deep technical expertise with hands-on experience in water system decontamination and pathogen control. Our approach includes:
Achieving optimal performance from an ozone system requires more than equipment—it requires expertise. With our specialized knowledge and proven methodologies, G M Water Solutions delivers reliable, robust, and cost-effective water disinfection solutions that ensure superior microbial control and long-term system integrity.
Prevents microbial contamination that could compromise product quality and patient safety
Meets GMP/WHO requirements for water system microbial control
Avoids expensive batch rejections, system shutdowns, and remediation efforts
Powerful, residual-free disinfection for storage tanks and distribution systems
Key Features
Ozone (O3) is generated on-site using air and corona discharge technology. The ozone is then injected into the water system where it rapidly oxidizes and destroys microorganisms including bacteria, viruses, and spores. Unlike chlorine, ozone leaves no chemical residuals as it naturally degrades back to oxygen (O2).
Continuous disinfection for potable and process water applications
