Pharmaceutical Grade Water

Purified Water (PW) Generation System RO + EDI Technology

Advanced, fully integrated solution for consistent pharmaceutical-grade purified water production

Product Overview

The GM Water Purified Water (PW) Generation System is an advanced, fully integrated solution based on Reverse Osmosis (RO) followed by Electrodeionization (EDI) technology. The system is engineered to consistently produce pharmaceutical-grade purified water, aligned with GMP, WHO, and globally recognized regulatory requirements.

The system operates on a multi-stage purification process. Pre-treated feed water first passes through the RO system, where dissolved salts, organic contaminants, microbial load, and ionic impurities are effectively reduced. The RO permeate is then directed to the EDI unit, which continuously removes residual ions through an electrically driven process—without the use of regeneration chemicals. This ensures stable water quality, reduced operational intervention, and an environmentally responsible operation.

The complete PW generation system is compact, skid-mounted, and fully automated, offering easy installation, optimized footprint, and operator-friendly performance.

Advanced Technology & Design

System operation is managed through a PLC-based automation platform with HMI, enabling real-time monitoring of critical parameters, alarms, interlocks, and comprehensive data logging. An optional 21 CFR Part 11–compliant automation package is available to support validated pharmaceutical applications.

Designed for hot water and chemical sanitization, the system supports effective hygiene control, microbiological integrity, and long-term operational reliability. With robust engineering, high-grade components, and an optimized recovery design, the GM Water PW Generation System delivers:
